looking at his web-site it appears that he is REEEEEE-TIII-URD.  what a shame for us, but good luck, and a healthy long life left for him and his family.

Looks to be true - sad. They had a lot of things I wanted to get, but didn't, because I wasn't sure how long it would take, to get enough orders. And I'm sure there are a lot of others that thought alike. Perhaps, if we had all put in the order, there would have been a few more runs.

But, then again, retirement, ain't too bad - looking forward to it, myself...

Major bummer. But then again, all good things must come to an end sooner or later. Valks, and their accessories, are becoming more and more collectible with each passing year.  sheets (retirement is 16 months away for me).

Chet has earned the right to retire. I'm glad I got in on his stuff early. I'm happy with the Bar Grill, Fork Filler, Turn Stylers, Tube Toppers, & Peg Relocating Kit which has never been installed. Oh yeah, the Kickshifter too, probably the best thing I've added.  cooldude

But I have my Valk and don't want to get rid of her.

Matt call Mike Terry @ 313-768-5014. He owns Valkyrie bling and more. I talked to him this afternoon and I mentioned someone on the board needed one. He said he has 2 left so you might want to give him a call asap! Wink

Since Rattlebars is no longer, does anyone know another vendor that makes the Tube Toppers? I had them on order with Rattlebars but was told that more people would need to place an order before he would make another run of tube toppers. Guess that won't happen now. TIA...   Smiley

I sent an e-mail asking Chet if he could publish templates and instructions for some of his great inventions. I would really like a Kickshifter and peg relocators, and if he isn't going to make them, it would be great to be able to make them ourselves.
Looks like I bought into the Valk world at the end of an era.

chrome sink drain tubing works great if its an everyday rider. I even used it on the turn signals.

Thank you very much,, very excellent idea. I love using things that never were designed or thought about being used on other vehicles. Guess I am headed to the Hardware store again tomorrow.(later today night shift worker)

I bought a set off ebay and was disappointed in them. Very thin. After they were pulled apart a bit to get of the tubes  it was like i couldnt get them bent back far enough to grip the tube tops.

They are not of the same  quality as the rattlebars which I had on another valk I had.

I've got the "Tube Toppers" & the "Turn Stylers" from Chet. They are 4-5 years old now and still look as new. I don't even notice them anymore, unless I'm parked next to a plain Janer. They really clean up the look cooldude
