HDL has the seals not really a rebuild kit. Two o rings and two seals per caliper.Everything else should be reusable, pistons and crush washers can be cleaned and reused.

MARTY...mr. b. is right on....99% all you will need are the 2-piston o-rings, and the 2-dust o-rings.  i take the caliper off, making sure i have the orientation of the crush washers as i take them off from the the banjo bolts (you can reuse them when you put it back together...torque them to 25 foot pounds.) take the caliper over to your workbench and sit it down.  take the pads out/ push the pistons in ,leaving them sticking out about 1 inch/i usually put a thin strip of wood covered with a rag between the pistons and the outside edge of the caliper, then i put a rubber tipped air hose blow gun attachment into the hole where the banjo bolt was connected/blow air through the hole, and this will push the two pistons out against the piece of wood (you sometimes will have only one piston come out...just push it back in and blow until they both come out.)/when both pistons are out...remove the o-rings....2-big/2-small (this is actually 2- kits..there are 1-small o-ring/ 1-large o-ring per kit.). clean up the caliper body real good removing all the white power looking stuff with a brush/dental pic.  use some 0000 steel wool to polish the copper looking pistons, and the inside of the bores (you can also use some crocus paper if you don't get carried away with it.).  i then take some QD ELECTRONIC PARTS CLEANER to spray out the entire thing, and then blow it dry.  coat the new o-rings with some silicone/or dielectric grease, and install them. next coat the two pistons with some clean dot-4 brake fluid, and carefully push them in through the o-rings.  put the rest back together, install brake fluid/bleed the system, and it will work.  good luck.

I coat stuff only with the same brake fluid I'm using... I remember a few years back, everyone was saying
how the manual (pg 15-18) sez to coat the seals with silicone grease, but that some brake fluids
didn't get along with silicone grease very well...

Makes sense considering our brake systems are incompatible with silicone based brake fluid.

you can do them either way.  i've done probably several hundred of them...never had a problem.  just make sure everything is hospital clean when you put it back together, or you will just be wasting your time.  good luck.
