I recently bought A Scala rider headset, and I CANT GET IT TO WORK!!!! It pairs with mine and my sons phone and works with a mp3, however they wont pair to each other for intercom communication. I have tried to pair it according to directions in the manual and have had no luck. Any ideas? Or anything I could try? Thanks

Hmmm. If I recall, I didn't have any problem with my Q2's. I can check later, and see - probably be tomorrow morning, if no one else has responded. I recently went to the G4's, and they are great.

I agree, call their tech guy. We had a problem with one of the units not charging. Called the tech and he sent a completely new set-up, no charge. They stand by their products, or at least in our case they did.
