Or maybe he is looking at scarfing a bunch up and charging 500 a piece.

Just saying.

I could be wrong.

U joints ain't the only items going for ridiculous prices. I've watched trailer hitches in particular just go nutty-price wise. Guess if you want sumpin bad enough-they will get stupid to own it. uglystupid2 Knowing what is the maximum your willing to pay and not exceeding that price is the key. I think it was P T Barnum that said-there  is a sucker born every minute. 2funny RIDE SAFE.

O-k willow who was it. Some times the old rememberer futzs up. I'll be the first to admit-going strictly on memory is not usually a good thing. RIDE SAFE.

Yup-shoulda done this first. Looked it up. While usually attributed to p t barnum-it was a competitor who actually said it. That would be David Hannum in 1869. I will now take 10 lashes with a wet noodle. RIDE SAFE.

Seriously? There's shortage of u-joints? I read that about 6 months ago and thought it was just someone being picky on where they get their parts. I replaced mine in 09 and still have the old one (The dealer had several in stock if I recall. . .) There's a small gouge on one side, but other than that, it's not broken. I was going to toss it the other day when I started cleaning my garage, but threw it in a old parts box. Should I hang onto it?
