Its good to see FINALLY a story ending with someone that has the b@lls to do what is needed and not worry about the inevitable lawsuit.  I hope she tries it and gets "disrespected" again by the judge.

That's great, only I wouldn't have waited 16 hrs. to call her on it. At one restaurant here in the Orlando area, there was some guy almost yelling into his phone and we couldn't converse across the table due to his volume....and he was at least 30' away. Just as I was getting up to speak to the manager to get him to tone it down, a woman got up from her table and confronted him directly. She quietly asked him to lower his voice, reminded him it's a phone and it wasn't necessary to yell, etc., and all he did was start a tirade of verbal abuse directed at her....sprinkled with vulgar language.  She calmy listened for a short time, then picked up a glass of ice water and tossed it in his face. When he jumped he dropped his phone, she picked it up, closed it and dropped it into his glass of beer....then quietly told him to "shut the "f" up so the rest of us can enjoy our meal."  By this time, his female companion who had appeared embarrassed by him all along, just got up and walked out, gently patting the other woman on the arm as she walked away. The entire place applauded and cheered, the loudmouth just got up and stomped out....to more applause.

Same chit on the DC metro.  Headphone use required, and I can't tell you how many times I got up and moved because the volume was so high it drove me nuts, even with headphones.

Got a small movie house here-well west plains actually. As you come into the lobby there are signs asking you to turn off cell phones and pagers. Don't bother me cause mine is in the glove box of the cage or locked in the trunk of the valk depending on what i rode or drove that night. Just before the house lights dim-they remind you again about cell phones and pagers. When i went to see avatar the first of four times-some young lady-right in front of me was texting on one of those larger phones with a really bright screen. In a not gentle voice i aked her to turn the thing off. Said she was texting and not talking. Told her i didn't pay 10 bucks to watch you text but paid ten bucks to watch avatar. Turns out i wasn't the only one she had pissed off. Makes me wonder though if some one else would have said some thing before i did. Guess common courtesey and respect for your fellow man isn't being taught any more. RIDE SAFE.

I think its great.  If you can't read the sign and obey it, then you deserve what you get.  It was posted and she decided that she can do whatever she wanted.  Throw her butt off the train while its moving.  She can then tell her friend on the other end of the line where to pick her up at.
