Bought a new Pace trailer today, 7' x 18 with a v nose, and 6' 8" head room. Going to make it into a toy hauler, trying to save some coins on the trips we take to the mountains. Motels can get pricey. And god forbid, may even haul the Valkyrie in it. There it's Valkyrie related.

Life is like a hot bath. It feels good while you’re in it, but the longer you stay in, the more wrinkled you get.

I'd be interested in this thread. I've also been thinking it would be a good idea to take an enclosed trailer and turn it into a small RV/camper. I can't wait to see how you outfit it with all the comforts of home.

They are nice, but I am looking at cargo capacity, the rv listed max cap is 3570 lbs, the trailer I just got is rated for 5845lbs load cap. Built a little stronger for heavy loads. Plus I can equip it for a lot less that the rv would cost me.

I have a 5th wheel, tow the boat or bike trailer behind it. Duramax does not really care how much stuff is back there once the wind is cut. I do have to stop at truck stops to get fuel, it does NOT back up.

Hey Bill, aren't you glad you retired? I told you that you'd wonder how you ever had enough time to go to work. One of these days I want to talk to you about a project I have in mind, maybe on one of our lunch rides but not this weekend. John

Bill......All you need is an old cable wire spool, an army cot, tv/dvd player, two 5 gallon buckets(one for drinking water and one for recycled water--don't mix them up) and some spare parts for the Fat Girl.......

Nice trailer Bill Judging from your skills, can't wait to see how you outfit it.
