After reading the thread about the levers not operating the clutch switch I stalled at an intersection and found out mine was not working.  I took it off last night, figured out how it is supposed to work and There is a bump where it contacts the switch but it is not high enough.  I added a piece of the 2 part epoxy putty to the lever.  Only took about .03 to .04" to make the switch contact.  Glad someone brought it up because I probably would not have realized there was a problem.  Being stalled in traffic and having to find neutral before a restart could be hazardous.

I also have adjustables on mine, I'll take a close look.  Mine won't start in gear either.

Ahhh, so that's the problem.   ???  I have had the adjustable levers on my I/S for quite some time and have experienced that a few times.

Can you guys tell me where you got the levers?  I remember they are for Goldwings and a boss had to be cut off.  I think I may have gotten my 1st set from Wingstuff.com.  Just looked and they have Show Chrome and Kuryakyn.  The Kury's are $8 less and look like what is on my I/S.  I should get a pair for my Std.

Thanks.  I thought so.  Wingthings have them for $4 less.
