nobody accuses me of being too fast on the turns lol  If I cant see ahead I adjust my speed accordingly especially if I have not yet ridden the road

In 06 I rode the dragon after coming off cherahola on a route that Joe provided me and it was a great experience. TrickyDick was my wingman on the ride and  that was t he year before his big crash and 3 yrs before my last one

My recollection is I was on the highway pegs for most of cherahola but on the regular pegs for the dragon. Riding between 35 and 45 is about what i remember as the turns come up so quickly in parts it made no sense to me to have to keep shifting and braking I just held 3rd and 4th gear is what i remember

I move to the right when someone comes up on me and wave them past with my left hand so others are not inconvenienced by my speed.  I dont care what speed I am passed at as long as the rider is in control (not wheelying hands on the bars)  Its a free country and if a local is racing god bless him or her

I will  return in a few weeks on July 19th and hope to make a few passes.  You rebels have now been duly forewarned

Yeah I just love taking in the sights, and I run as fast as I can until I can't tolerate the pain any more from my wife's fingernails in my side!! 2funny To be honest, I love the Cheratola even better. Where I live there's a place called Ceasear's Head that the curves are sharper, banked and 90* curves back to back- just not near as many. In my young dumb days, i used to race not just uphill but also down hill like an idiot!! One time I almost went off the mountain..no guard rails then! crazy2
