I will be sending out room confirmations this weekend to all of those that have reserved rooms. These confirmations will include your dates reserved as well as room type and room number. It is very important that we you receive the confirmation, you check it for accuracy. I will need to give Shanty Creek my final list on Monday, as well as release any rooms back to them that have not been reserved.
If you register after Monday, you still need to make your room reservation through us, but I cannot guarantee room availability at the time your request is made. However, I will confirm your reservation by the following business day with your room information, should a room be available.
When I release the remaining rooms back to Shanty Creek, these rooms will be open to the public, although the rate will be much higher than the rate we can offer. If you have not registered or registered and not reserved a room, you need to do this ASAP, as time is getting short!
I am looking forward to seeing all of you there!!!!

Room confirmations are going out this weekend. It is very important that you review the information, and if you find any discrepancies, such as room type, dates, etc, you contact me immediately so that we can get it taken care of!

ALSO: Just a reminder that if you have not reserved a room yet, the block will be RELEASED on Monday back to the hotel. So, get it done soon if you are still needing a room, as I cannot guarantee one after Monday!
