Have been reassembling a 2000ish Yamaha TTR 125 dirtbike. Am down to the last few bits but the hoses for the carb were disconnected before I got to work on it. Any ideas on how/where to find the routing diagrams for this headache? I'd like to finish this so I can go ride the Valk. ( there now its Valk related)

I have a 2005 Suzuki DR-Z125 and they should be just about the same since they essentially are the same bike.

Only one important hose thats the fuel line from the tank most everything else is just vent or overflow lines. they all route down and back so theyt hang below the frame exiting between the swing arm cross memeber and the frame crossmember directly in front of the swingarm.

I think? You can also view the parts phische onlline at most Yamaha dealer sites.

Let me know if that helps, if not I can check ours again tomorrow for you.

Thats what I was thinking/seeing, but it just didn't seem right. At the worst case it won't run right? Guess I'll give it a kick and see what happens....

Did some work on it today. got the hoses figured out ( Undecided) Talked to the owner and found out he had "Adjusted " the carb screws. Anybody know what the settings for the idle, and high speed screws are?

All the way in kick it 3-4 times with choke on if no start 1/2 turn and try again. You gonna be at it a while and your gonna have a tired leg. Sory I just couldn't help myself. Another one of those days being at work on a friday night.

I can look at ours tomorrow if you want, but I bet you get it figured out before I get an answer back.
