Getting ready to roll out for a week on the beach with my family . We'll be staying at The Sea Dip in the same room my grand-daughter Presley said her first word in after doctors told us she may never talk. We've been every year since always the last week in June always the same room . Once again I can't post a " Watch Her Grow " without thanking the VRCC folk's that had Presley in your thoughts and prayers when she was born and in ICU.....I'll never forget   |

Wow!! The lady that owns the place knows the story of Presley saying her first word in this room and what a blessing it was to our family that she talked after doctors told us she may never say a word.She hook's us up every year and even cut's us alittle slack on the price. This condo room is also where Charlie ( Land Elephant ) Paul ( Wimp) and I stayed when we rode our bikes down to Myrtle Beach in the dead of winter a couple years ago. Presley is at or above her age group in all area's now and talk's up a storm |

I have shared with you before, I have two grandsons who were born with birth defects, and we received a very bad report from doctors. However, thank God, both are doing great, just completed kindergarten, and ready for first grade. Both play little league baseball and are doing super. I have five grandchildren and love them all dearly, but the ones who have to overcome special problems are super special. I enjoy the updates from you and share in your joy of watching her grow. My daughter was near full term ( 8 months ) but was having problems. Presley was 5.2 at birth and 4 lbs when we got to bring her home she had some serious health issues mainly with her heart....As I said I wish your little one's nothing but the best and y'all are going to have your hands full with three |

Thanks for the comments Hef I remember you telling me about grand-boy's and it looks like you have been blessed as well No doubt we have ( 5 ) grand-kids now counting Presley and she is very special to us . I try to remember everyday to thank the Lord for him letting us keep her. |
