Can someone tell me what horizontal clearance is needed to roll a stock Standard through a door?  ie. how wide would the door have to be?

Ps - guys, this is a simple question.  Please, let's not let things deteriorate into name calling as was the case with my (I thought) simple question about the flat 6.

36 to 40 inches depending on the setting of the mirrors and levers.

I used to pull my bike in to my exposed basement with a 36" door...  Needed to remove the crash bars, and as stated above, levers, & mirrors made it a 'wiggle' fit.

Depends.  How fast do you want to enter/exit.  Like, is it your girlfriend's door and her husband might show up?

Lmao
if that's the case, it's better left outside near the window you'll be jumping out of when he gets home

You might not want it visible.  One of the advantages of the near silent valk is in the sneak in or out ability, try that with a big twin.  Also if it is inside you can have your clothes in the saddle bags for a quick streaking get away.

a "streaking get away"?
that made for mental images my mind did not need, given the older trend of us Valk riders!
