I get mine from Jake Wilson, http://www.jakewilson.com/home.do.  They have a tire finder.  Plug in make, model and year and it will bring up all the tires they have for your bike.  I'm partial to Avon Cobras or Metzler 880s.  Google jake wilson coupons and you'll save some more.

I installed the continental Conti-Go rear tire 130/90-17 V-rated tire on the front.

Direct Line has a labor day discount going.  That might make the tire purchase less than Jake Wilson.  I am looking at getting a front tire soon myself.

I put an Avon Roadrider 130/90-17 rear on the front and really like it . Handles real nice and has a good look to it. I think it may also be available in a universal fitment which I think I will look for next time but if I can't find I will still go with the same tire.

I put on a Dunlop D404 bias rear tire about 8000 miles ago, with Dynabeads. Good grip in the rain, and still looks new. No shakes rattles or rolls, can go miles without hands on the bars (dunlop E3 wobbled like a banshee). Really happy with this tire.
