Everything included.  No gaskets used.  Just screw out the OEM,and screw on the Pingle.  Then, put a cap on where the vac line comes out of #6.  Ready to go!

The reserve is about half that of the stock petcock.  You can extend the pickup tube but you lose the screen.  You'd have to install an inline fuel filter then.

marty....don't forget....you need to put a clamp on the gas hose where it connects at the pingle valve......the pingle outlet barb size is smaller than the stock petcock.

True, but thats the best part of the whole install......makes removal easy and re-connect even easier when removing the tank

That depends.
On a manual petcock you may want to put a Dan Marc Electric Shut Off in series before the "fuel T."

MP asked about the reserve and the screen.  I answered those questions.  No more, no less.

We used to use an old trick - find a piece of flexible line, about the same size as the "gas hose", about 1/4" to 1/2" long. With a little oil and elbow grease, you can slide it over the gas hose, the last 1/2". It squeezes down the gas line, for a tight fit on the nipple, but allows you to remove it fairly easy with a stiff pull, without needing any tools.
