I'd start with the in-line fuse, if you installed one.  Otherwise I'd likely go directly to the main fuse, which I believe is located under the right side panel cover.

The main fuze is under the  right sidecover, in a oblong black box. Snap on cover, fuze is a strap style, not a glass or push-in style. Two screws to attach fuze cooldude

I FOUND IT!  It is a reddish cover on top of the area covered by the right side cover. Between the fusible link and regular fuses. It is what "Feeds" the fuses from the fusible link. 30 amp reg. Buss fuse.
Thank You!

that is the main fuse.  That's the one that gets corroded and eats up the connector because of a bad connection.  Michvalk, the one you referred to is the charge fuse that is between the alternator and the battery.  It's a 55A that fits underneath the screws as you mentioned.  It's there to protect the battery etc from the alternator if it overcharges.

I kinda of knew what I was looking for and was in a panic, because I did something stupid just before I was going out.
I broke my aux lighting switch and some lights in my accident in April.
I wired the Amber side lights to the hot side of the headlight fuse with an in line fuse to the lights. I changed the lights with new ones, as one was blown in the accident and i decided to change both and the fuse blew. Dumb me pulled the fuse and jumped across the prongs with my needle nose pliers and POP.  It turns out the new lamps terminals have to be bent down so they don't ground out against the case.
I put a cold short to the main fuse.
I cleaned all the contacts with WD40 and a pipe cleaner, works well in tight spots.
