I just saw a 2003 HD Road King listed locally.  40,000 miles, so he has been riding.  And mentioned the motor was overhauled at 34,000.  And, BRAGGED about how good the engine was and how long it lasted before needing work!!!!!

I went to a local motorcycle shop yesterday, and couldn't help looking at the Valkyries they had there.  The salesman came over and asked how many miles I have on mine.  When I told him 50k, he said, "Oh, it's just getting broken in".  I like that shop.  They know their stuff.
