we rode out there a couple weeks ago with a big group from Ft. Worth. Go to Loco Coyote Grill, just outside of GlenRose in Walnut Springs. Can"t direct u there, but the locals will know. GREAT food( come Hungry!) great prices and a very cool biker hangout. Be prepared to wait a while, everything cooked to order, but well worth it!

Thanks for the tip Hollywood. The eating place was the only thing that worried me, because the ride route is great. Tell Red I said Hello.

wish we could go with you, but we're riding out with the group from Ft. Worth the next day, don't know where wer'e going, but when you have 50 to 60 bikes, you can go anywhere! this is a monthly ride, 3rd Sunday of each month, meeting at Wilson Biker Gear, 2225 Main Street, Ft. Worth, staging 10 am, ksu 10:30. Store open, great stuff! we rode to Hico after lunch, stopped at the Motorcycle shop there, then thru Stephenville, and jumped on 377 to come back. total miles, 195.

ElGato - I am a definite maybe on this ride. Would salve the wounds of not going to the Hill Country ride this weekend.

THe loco coyote is west of town on 67, there are signs that will point you to it once you get outside of town. I would be happy to lead you to it, but I will be out of town that weekend. There are plenty of great roads to ride around Glen Rose, you can't go wrong with a ride in this direction. By the way Walnut springs is south of Glen Rose. The Loco Coyote is west of town.

the address on the receipt says Walnut Springs, but if you look it up on trip advisor or google it) it says Glen Rose. anyway, once you find it you'll want to go back.

Hey ElGato
Is the ride still on? I see a lot of thunderstorms being forecast for this Saturday.
Yeah, I know - because I'm thinking about riding.
