No worries!!!!  the Spyder has 3 wheels.... and power steering!!!!! 
  Folks have rigged them with foot gas feed... for no right arm..
....linked hand brake for no right foot
....SE model has electric paddle shift with no clutch.... works for no left foot.....or left hand.... 

The bike can be set up really well for various "enabled" riders

No Excuses!!!!!
