What is the best fuel filter to add to the Valk?  I have the stock carbs and petcock in place.

I just installed a Golan petcock as well as their mini fuel filter.  Filter was about $45 but very high quality and can be opened and cleaned by unscrewing it.

+1 on the Golan. I've been running them on two bikes. No starvation problems. The Golans look pretty as well. Too bad you can't see them  coolsmiley

Yup, both of them. I screwed up and ordered the small one the second time. They both work great, I can't tell which bike has which. I'd guess though that the small one will need cleaning first. They've been in use for 15 to 20K each, no need to clean them so far.

Better to be judged by 12, then carried by 6.

I just use one from Fram. A little silver metal one. $5 and I change it every spring.
