Somebody please tell me what I'm looking for

The velcro on my tank bib pouch has wore out and the flap is flapping in the wind. I'd like to put one of those "buttons" you put through the hole and then turn half way around to lock them. I see them everywhere but have no freaking idea what they're called.
Thanks

Thanks. Just what I was looking for.
The velcro is sewn on and I'd have to remove the bib and buy a sewing machine and then learn how to sew. Much easier to put on of these on it.

Here’s an idea;
Get a refrigerator magnet and sew it on one side, and a thin metal strip (painted to prevent rust) on the other.
