We will get this info up on the Registration, but here it is for now:

You MUST have a reservation confirmation number in order to reserve your room.  GROUND ZERO is the preferred hotel!  The other Best Western is our designated overflow and the Swiss Village is for those that would not be able to attend otherwise.  It is a lower budget hotel and does NOT have the amenities Ground Zero has.  There is also a limited number of rooms available at the Swiss Village.

Best Western Inn of the Ozarks - GROUND ZERO
$ 89.00 for standard room with two queen size beds.
$ 92.00 for standard room with one king size bed.
$ 99.00 for room with balcony.
$139.00 for room with jacuzzi for two.

Best Western Eureka Inn (3/4 mile down the road)
$89.00 for standard room with one king, two double, or two queen size beds.

Swiss Village (A mile mile away from Ground Zero and lower budget hotel)
$56.00 for standard room with two beds or one king.
$66.00 for room with jacuzzi for two.

For those who asked or were thinking of asking about camping, the recommended campground is the Wanderlust RV Park about four miles east of Ground Zero.  There are likely closer campgrounds, but this one was specifically recommended by our host.

The owner of Wanderlust has set aside sites together specifically for those attending InZane, so be sure to mention InZane, VRCC, or Valkyries when you call.  The number is 800-253-7385.

Let me emphasize again that the best InZane experience will be had at Ground Zero and staying there will help support the event.  However, if camping is the only way you'll get to be at InZane, staying where there will be other InZaniacs will make your camping experience, and theirs, more enjoyable.

Chip, we probably should clarify that Friday is the departure day.  There won't be any events going on that day.  The riding in that area is excellent and there are always a few people who stay around for a day or two after.

Ground Zero has 7 rooms that are "smoking".  If you are wanting a smoking room, be sure to tell them at the time you make your reservation.  Since there are only 7 of them that are "smoking", they will probably go fairly quickly.
