I have always stayed with Honda filters and oil on my Valk (8 years). A friend said, "put a post on your VRCC website and see what others are using.".....How about it??

Super Tech filter & Mobil 1 car oil from Wally World.  I still have a bunch or 20W-50W, but I understand that is no longer available.  They dropped the 20W-50W for 10W-40W, I'm told.

Will find out the next time I need to go buy oil....

I used to use HONDA GN-4 oil & HONDA filters. Last oil change i put in EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL & made a TOILET PAPER FILTER.
My motorcycle now shifts smoother, runs quieter, gets 65 MPG & requires no choke @ a cold start.

Same here, filters, ST6607, ST7317, ST3593A. Rotella T. Used in a 1100 Spirit for 16,000 miles and in Valk. for 7,000 miles. Bikes shift smooth, no "clunk". Wink No reason to change now.  cooldude

Rotella T synthetic, superteck filte for as long as I can remember.

Superteck better than Hona OEM....Wouldn't use a Fram filter if you paid me $1000.

Just read some of the test reviews, find out for yourself.
