Update on my teardrop trailer build
«

After towing the trailer for a week, due to rain, short rides. I found that the trailer would sway at speeds over 55 mph. Very Scary! Axle to tongue ratio was only 1.32 to 1. We have now welded an extension of 20" to the tongue. The ratio is now 1.75 to 1. Pulls great!!! Added spare tire to top of tongue, LED clear interior light, carpet on interior floor, painted wheel rims black with red hubs. Looks sharp. Hope to have it out to the Blue & Grey Ride after its maiden long trip to Americade.

That is one nice looking trailer. I really like the color matching trailers. In fact I just finished a much smaller trailer and color matched it to my 2000 Blue/Silver Interstate. I will post a picture on a separate thread so as not to step on your thread.
