I &  my son put a 6* tree on the Chevy a few weeks ago.

I rode it to a Bar that had a Bike Night last night and that Chevy was squirrelly as hell at about 60-65.

It didn't do that squirrelly stuff till about a 100 before the change.

Got a reversal scheduled for the week-end.

So much for the Power Steering.

Actually, it is a senior thing.

It keeps me busy when I'm bored watching TV.

Especially when I can't get out.

Oss, you didn't doubt that this group could over take him did you?

Several of us served in the Marine Corps, and we learned early on in the enlistment that we had to learn how to improvise.   And, once a Marine, always a Marine.

I wanted a coffee and a donut, but all they took was American $$$$$.

Yep, in a combat zone no less, you better have Am. dollars............ they put themselves first, before any soldier or veteran.  Real hot coffee and a donut may not sound like much, but try it after days of cold C/K rations.

My belief is, if I can do something for anyone, friend or unknown, I'll help them if at all possible.     Then if they f**k me over, they can rot in the desert as far as I'm concerned.

I only have about 3 or 4 that have screwed me over. Angry Angry

We is in need of some mositure, so I'll also pray for snow, that moisture lasts longer.

Besides, then I can get my snowblower out and play.

It gets a good workout about 3 times during the winter(s).    Year before last we has a 12, a 9 and a 6"ers.   Last year I never had it out of the garage.    It set there long enough the battery went flat.   Had to put the charger on it.   The lawn mower has only been used 6 times all season.   Everything has pretty well went dormant in my yard.

I went out of town this summer asked two of my nephews (teenagers) to stop over and mow the lawn told them mower is full and I will leave cash. Taped $30 to mower. Niether one showed up even to just take the money. My yard takes me an hour to mow I thought I was being generous. tickedoff

When I was like 11 or so, I mowed 6 yards for 4 summers with a push mower.

If it rained too much and it got ahead of ya, ur butt was dragging when ya got the 1st one done.

I had a yard to mow everyday except Sunday.    Grandma wouldn't allow that.

And we had a kid working his way through school, stop by and give us a price to trim hedges and mow yard. Yep, I kinda was behind a couple of weeks.

Who cares on the dating me, I'm proud to be 80 years young.

I was always told as a kid I'd never lie to see 21, until I got out of the Chosin Reservoir, I kind of agreed with them.

In high school, some friends were playing around with a Ouijoi <sp> board. They asked how long some of us would live.  I was at work, but they told me the next day I was only going to live to 23. Stupid board. Unless it meant 2023!  LOL

Talked to the people who now build this Trike.

They said I needed a sway bar on the big boy.

So, tomorow, we are going bar hunting, sway bar that is.

We think a older style Mustang will fit with some welding, cutting and nasty quotes spoken.

Wish us luck.

Went out to the garage and took a good look see of the rear end and how it was all fastened in there.

Damn, I can't see how I ever overlooked that since 1987.      I guess I was too busy riding it.   LOL.

I see where T.P. posted Duluth got snow the other night/day.

Maybe I should go and see if the snow blower is all serviced up and ready to rumble.

Fill the gas tank, change the oil and pump some grease into 6 zerk fittings and it is ready to rumble.     Gas tank is plastic, so no need to worry about rust.   I just either almost or do run it out at the end of the season.
