LOL, RJ.  Apparently you haven't spoken to one of my ex-wives.   Grin

It was 33 (F) here when I departed a week ago for the GOTF.  I'm glad I was able to make that ride.

Today it's 43, expected to be headed for another 9 degrees.  Someone has stolen our Springtime.   Angry

Gotta be 58 degrees before I ride.

If there isn't any ice, and lately there's a bunch in the mornings, I'll ride in the teens to work provided it is forecasted to be nice in the afternoons (above freezing) for two specific reasons.

1. Parking spot. Motorcycle parking at my workplace is better than the employee of the Quarter. Sometimes the parking spot can be way out there and walk in can be a long one.
The walk out there after work is worse. The distance is the same but the walk sure seems longer.
So the motorcycle parking is a high priority.

2. We have a lot of Hispanic folks where I work. Most from Mexico or Cent. America. They do not like the cold. It's fun to watch their heads nearly explode when I ride into work and it's below 20.

26 months in a row I've ridden at least once in the Month to work. That's February 2011. Been more but I missed Jan. 2011.

True, but the intensity of their dislike of the cold is something to behold.

Mike, don't ya got nuttin better to do than run statistics?

You can screw statistics around to get them to tell the story ya'll is a lookin for.

Politicians can make em tell a story that is clear off the paper.

So, what story are you tryin to tell us?

Later Bro......

The way I see it is. If the weather would straighten out we wouldn't be in the house on the computer. We would be outside on the "bike" and not be so "gabby".   2funny

Carl, you old Jarhead, I was just saying you can make statistics go the way you want them to.     I sold our CEO a few times into believing we needed some new equipment and got it.    The Chief has submitted a, same, purchase plan 3 different times and got refused.    I added some statistics to it and it went through.   Go figure on that.

So to shorten it up, With statistics you can blow smoke up anyone's backside.

Gunny, ain't it about time ya left for Church?

I'm not Catholic, but I did late Mass last night.
