I have had a couple of emails regarding Inzane and where to make reservations since ground zero is full.  Here is the info I posted a while back on that.

"I have spoken with the Hotel.  When you call, you DO want to go ahead and put your name on the waiting list. If your name is on there, you will be called if something comes available...which is possible.  This other hotel is within walking distance of ground zero, and we will be filling it with VRCC members, as well.  The telephone number for the other hotel is 800-221-3344.  Be sure to first call ground zero before calling the other hotel, and don't put it off too long.  I would not be surprised if we fill up this other hotel, too!

You DO NOT want to make a reservation on line, as the rate on their website is $130.95 and that is considerably more than a room with the VRCC rate.

You must have already registered for the event and have a confirmation number for that reservation in order to get a room.

See y'all in July in Eureka Springs!"

Called Ground Zero this morning and like you stated, they are full. She did tell me there was NO waiting list to put my name on. Wonder why this is? Anyway she gave me numbers for the "overflow" and I'm calling now.

BTW...is there a pool and hot tub at the overflow hotels?

edit...just reserved at Best Western Eureka, and yes there is a pool and hot tub cooldude

Also, yes, there is a waiting list at the Best Western of the Ozarks.  Apparently not everyone answering their phones has been up to date on that.  It's been addressed.
