Lifes too short Ride it hard

Grand Rapids Mi.

« on: March 29, 2012, 06:33:36 PM »

Spring is here. Last week we had some amazing weather. The temps were in the mid 80's. The big problem with that is everything grew and bloomed in just a couple days.

It made for some terrific riding, but the sad part is we also lost several riders due to both rider and cager stupidity. Please, Please be careful and enjoy the ride. Remember to watch out for them, because they are not watching out for you.

+1 on being safe and always looking around your surroundings at all times.  Just saw on main straight hwy. behind my house at 2 p.m. today 100 yards away a two vehicle head on collision around 60 mph.  One young lady instantly died and the other might not live he was med flighted to hospital via helicopter.  Not a pretty sight to see the lady being put in a body bag.  Stay safe everyone and be weary!!!  Never saw the remnants of an accident like this nor ever want to again.  Just terrible and sad!  Cry
