The final product was a little dry but tasty.

I think they over cooked poor old Porky Pig

80 pound pig smoked for about 18 hours.

Whole hog when done right is by far the best IMO. A place in Raleigh,North Carolina called The Pit has some of the best Q I've ever ate I like North Carolina style BBQ.....Do I see a road trip for some Q ?    Cool
