as well as a DVD of the 2010 Sniper Competition, lots of stickers (I have a sticker fetish) and catalogs and brochures.
Now, the thing is that this kind of above and beyond approach to CS seems to be the rule rather than the exception when it comes to quality weapon and components manufacturers. LaRue, Troy Industries, Daniel Defense, BCM, Magpul and 3 Rivers Precision are all companies that I would say provide exceptional service. Even Brownell's for all of their volume has a very solid CS department. By contrast the mainstream consumer market seems to treat CS as an afterthought. Not to say that good customer service doesn't exist outside of the firearms industry but is seems to be the exception rather than the norm.
