Is this yours? If so, they do look a lot alike.

I haven't fired mine yet. It's such a tiny little thing I guessing it kicks pretty good. Though the shell is pretty small.
Found youtube video where the guy comments on the similarity of the two guns.

I've got the Kel-Tec. I put the holster clip on it (Literally, a clip that mounts to the side of the gun) and carry it IWB for times when I want more firepower than my NAA .22 Magnum but can't get away with carrying my XD Sub Compact .40...

Here's the clip I'm talking about - http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/KEY016-33.html

Not sure if something similar is available for the LCP, a quick search wasn't able to turn anything up.

Congrats!  I got this a couple of weeks ago:

The DW 45's are one of the best on the market, I wanted the Valor but it was on back order so I went with the Bobtail Classic .

Serk.....  I have that clip on my KelTec PF9 and it's available directly from KelTec for almost half of what CheaperThanDirt has it for.
 http://keltecweapons.com/product/belt-clip-fits-p-32-or-p-3at/

I have my P3AT in a wallet holster (and it fits in my back pocket opposite my wallet and gives me balance) similar to this ....

I recently got on a revolver kick, got a Taurus M94 Snubby SS .22 Revolver and a matching Taurus 905 SS 9MM revolver.  Both are fun to shoot and accurate for snubby's.   I almost had a matching Taurus 455 SS .45ACP Revolver....  then I would have had a BU revolver for my common caliber Semi Autos.  I am still on the look out for one....

PAValker - Cool, my gun had one on it when I bought it, CTD was just the first link I found googling on it...

Hope BigGuy doesn't mind this becoming a general carry thread, but anyone else really excited about the new Springfield Armory XDs? 1" thick single stack tiny .45 carry gun. And it's an XD!

Much as I like the .45, I'm hoping they eventually make a .40 S&W version, maybe with one more round in it... I'd be ALL over that!

Here ya go.  I don't have this exact one, I got mine here at the NRA Convention last year, but it is very close.  Wallet holster, for the P3AT and LCP....

I just saw that .45 XD in my NRA rag (Rifleman).  Looking at the link it appears kinda small, and shooting a .45 from that would be.... painful no doubt.  The Grip appears to be a tad too short I'm thinking.  I might have to check it out in person.... we have a Gun Show local this coming W.E. .  My handgun calibers of choice are .22, 9mm and .45.... yet I have an NIB  .40 cal Ruger KP944 I have not yet fired, got it to go with some others in a kinda collection but I don't stock .40 cal ammo.  Considered selling it..... since it's the only .40 I have.   Others tell me to just shoot it... LOL.  Why do you like .40 cal?

Why do you like .40 cal?

It's a good compromise between the speed and small size of the 9mm with the stopping power of the .45... In the space of 10 .45s I can have 12+ .40's (I'm pulling the numbers outta thin air, but you get the idea...) And unlike the 9mm, it's proven itself to be a very effective stopping round...

And the .40 only is .05"  smaller than a .45 and a LOT more muzzle velocity. I carry a Glock G23 and love the .40cal.

How much research has been done on the stopping power of a 9mm with +P+ and hydrashocks?

Just curious.  9mm not my favorite round for sure... but by happenstance I have 2.  Squealy is buying 1.  I am going to a shrouded hammer 5 shot .38 revolver as a carry piece.

LCP fits nicely in it's factory case in the slot where the owner's manual used to be under the seat.

By the time you get it out from under the seat, you'll more than likely be dead.

Worse yet... what if you are not in your car/truck, but inside the Quickie Mart paying for gas or getting a coffee and you have a need for it....   Kinda hard to say "wait a sec while I go get my gun".    Granted I have another one in the truck/car, but that LCP is the one that you should be wearing.... its small enough to just put in a pocket (unless you carry something else).

DeSantis Pocket Shot Holster                  cooldude

Or a similar facsimile thereof....  Here is the one I got last year at the NRA Convention (it was a tad cheaper at the convention but not as inexpensive at the Desantis).  http://www.concealmentconcepts.com/pocketpal.htm    When I get dressed I put my wallet in my left pocket and my P3AT/Wallet Holster in my right, and I am right handed.  I may or may not have another with me, depending on the weather, dress etc, but the Pocket Gun comes with at all times (unless it's to a Federal Property/Building of some sort).  And to be honest, it provides a better grip so you can control the small gun, take better aim, feel less recoil and reacquire target aim.

If someone by chance points a gun or knife at you and asks for your wallet, get your wallet (holster) out of your pocket (opposite your wallet) and give it to em (6 or 7 times if need be).  Trigger is protected a good bit so one in the pipe is not, or has not been a problem.

My .45 XD is a little big for concealed carry, although in a side holster under an oversized shirt it isn't too bad. I would love to see the one Serk is talking about. Here's mine.

Here is my CCW.  MP 9 with a shorty 12 round mag and also carry two 17 mags (just in case I miss Cheesy)  Gold Dot HP ammo.
Still looking to pick up a Glock 45 for the trunk monkey.  He needs one too.
