Friends,

I recently ordered the front fender emblem for a '99 or similar Interstate.  It looks a bit like the hood ornament from a '55 Chevy.  I'm going to put it on my '03 to hide a small dent.

What is the distance from the front tip pf the fender to the front edge of the emblem?  I want it to look just right.

Looks right at 1 1/4 inch.  

I have never loved that part on my ISs, but it is original so I leave it on.

It's way better than a bullet hole decal.  LOL
