It began 35 years ago when, as a child, I had Seven Seas Creamy Italian Dressing (the yellow dressing) for the first time  ??? Thus began our long-term relationship...  But alas, the dressing was discontinued last year. Salad was not the same since...  Cry

Long story short... found out that Kroger brand makes the exact same stuff, same look, same taste...  cooldude Closest Kroger... 50 miles away in Weirton, W.VA.... great half-day ride to/from an area with some minor twisties... why not?

Off we go... with the weather saying 30% chance of afternoon storms...

Well, in West Virginia they must take that literally because upon crossing the bridge south of East Liverpool at about 12:15, the skies opened up into a tsunami  Angry Pulled in to get gas and checked the radar on the trusty cell phone... the storm cell was centered over Weirton and was moving east like a glacier! No other rain within 100 miles!!! Rode the last 2 miles to Kroger still in a deluge and got my dressing (12 bottles). Waited for about 30-40 minutes... still pouring right on top of us... nowhere else. We headed north, soaked to the bone, still in biblical rain, until we crossed the bridge back in to Ohio, where the skies cleared, sun was shining, and it was 85!

We pulled off to wipe off the sunglasses, windshield, etc. and that's when I noticed that my rear speaker grill cover (armrest) on the left side was gone! CRAP, CRAP, CRAP... I found a new set last fall  from a local bike shop... paid big bucks for them! The package had 3 inches of dust on it... but I found them! You know how rare these suckers are?!?!  Because they were pretty old, the adhesive wasn't the best so I supplemented with Gorilla Glue when I installed them. Obviously Gorilla Glue can't handle water!!!

So... anyone have a left speaker pod cover lying around? I will give you 5 bottles of salad dressing for it!!!

... Thanks West Virginia.
