Curt, Teresa, Larry and I went for a ride Sunday.  We rode some back roads up the mountain to Wise, then to Pound to the lake, through Clintwood, Haysi, Honaker, and Lebanon.  Had dinner at KFC.  All in VA.  Got in about 175 miles.
