Weather permitting, and it looks good for now, we'll be headed out to the Mineral Beach Car Cruise on Friday, May 25th.

Here's a bit more info:

Carl already frequents that car cruise, I do to occasionally.  However.... This Friday is the Grand Opening for the Starlite Car Cruise in Wexford (Biggest around)...... People from all over, even out of state show up for that one.  It's the biggest I've been to on the East Coast.  http://www.starlitecarcruise.com/   That was what we were hoping to do.... probably meet up on the Parkway North under an overpass in town right before the Veteran's Bridge, about 3pm.

However, it depends on how Carl is feeling, he had an accident Sunday eve on his way home with his M109R.  A woman didn't see him, turned in front of him into her drive, and to make matters worse... she slowed down to go over the drive entry curb.  He is a little bruised and was going to the Dr's today to get checked out, request some pain and muscle relaxers.  He did take his bike to Tom Clark yesterday and it looks like it will be fixed easily enough, even tho the fork tubes/handle bars were twisted... and he had to really focus driving it there to get checked out.   With his aches and pains, he will probably not ride the IS, and instead take his VTX or Antique 750.

Also.... this Thursday is the Grand Opening for the Station Square Bike Night, sponsored by Mosites Motorsports, Hard Rock and Coors (among others, even the Casino is helping sponsor).  Plenty of restaurants, etc there to feast and quench your thirst in.   And... oddly enough, a new Bike Night at Market Square Downtown is kicking off..... so there will probably be some commuting back and forth.  I am not sure how well the Market Square Bike Night will be received and handled.... I don't doubt Station Square will be bigger and better.....   JMO.

I'll try to let ya know about Friday..... once Carl gets back to me.

They were calling for rain, but we headed down anyways.  There were some sharp looking cars there, and some not-so-sharp looking cars there.  Grin

You can check them out here:
