Well, I got it torn down.  Got the left tube out.  The oil that came out was dirty.  The upper tube is still in the triple tree.  I will be refilling with BelRay 10w oil and measuring it in ounces.  Will all the oil come out if I leave the lower tube standing upside down?  Will that work on the right leg also?  I have a tool for taking that special nut off but don't have to do that as I am not messing with the springs.  So, will all the oil come out?
Thanks, Steve

As long as the tube of off the bike, and the lower piece is inserted with the seal. You can fill with the correct amount of oil. I would suggest you replace the bushings in both tubes also before you re assemble.

Yes, I have both sets of bushings that I will replace.  Just needing to know if standing the lower tubes upside down for a while if all the oil will drain out or if I have to do any further dis assembly.
