 Cry

Anybody try (successfully) to glue a broken air wing.

My top one broke just above the screw holes so I'm a thinking ..  Instant Glue ???

Yes, I know, there are replacement parts available.  Might try to fix it first.

                                                                               P.S.  Don't ask  Roll Eyes

I'm pretty sure I have a clear RH top.  I'm pretty sure it was the LH top I broke last summer.  I replaced both with the new and improved tops.  I'm also pretty sure I'd have a hard time putting my hands on it quickly...  but if you need it, I'll try.

And of course, it's the left one  Undecided

I may have to opt for two of the 'new and improved' also.  Just didn't want to release the sheckles.

I took the tops off of mine when I had a fairing.

I don't have the fairing anymore, but I'm not putting the tops back.

I really appreciate the wings, opening/closing them when it is hot/cold/raining
really does make a difference, but I can't relate to how those dinky little top flaps help
anything and they look funny to me too...

I actually prefer the tops.  They help a lot with the buffeting on a non-Interstate. cooldude

Bakers were recommended to me a long time ago but I resisted because I didn't like the way they looked.  Angry

Now that I've got em and realize they DO help at speeds over 45 I guess I'll replace the broken one.  Undecided
