Tach, acessorie light horn fuses blown?

The top 2 10 amp fuses blew. Replaced them everything works except right side running/turnsignal front and back. Any idea what caused it and why the right side lights is now dead bulbs are good
???

I'll bet what ever caused the fuzes to blow is the problem with the lights. If you can find the short that caused the fuzes to blow, I'll bet you lights will start working
