Looks like Ham's is open 9-5 seven days until mid August. Burgers are a new addition around lunch time on weekends.

Ham's raises around 40 varieties of peaches! Now that is saying something!

How 'bout going to that burger joint downtown Terrell and then out to Ham's for ice cream? Maybe Doc would join us? Anybody else? ~Jeff

If the burger joint downtown is HotRodz, they aren't open on Sunday. However the burgers were good at Ham's but a little pricey. $3.50 for the burgers and only bags of chips and a huge tub of iced can cokes or water to drink. Mel and I are off today and going to look around and see who else is open on Sunday besides Braham's and Sonic. What time is the plan to arrive in Terrell?

How about this?
We meetup at the truck stop at I-30 and 205 in Rockwall at 10:00AM on Sunday the 14th.
KSU 10:15 for a leisurely route to Ham's Orchard. http://www.hamorchard.com/
Plan on arriving noonish for burgers and ice cream.

We will be there. For any of you that want afterwards, we are going to East Texas Choppers just West of Terrell for relaxation.

I was really looking forward to some homemade peach ice cream, but the storm that came through last week took out a couple of fence posts.   tickedoff  The shrubs had it propped up and I didn't notice it until today when I was helping the neighbors repair their fallen fence.

Have fun, be safe, and eat a scoop for me.

Looks like Lori and I will be meeting up with Wanderer at the George Bush & Jupiter rd in Plano for a leisurely ride to Rockwall.  THEN off to Hams with the rest of the group for a peachy outing... I know I put that sun screen somewhere..

Great outing.  The weather was perfect (for Texas this time of year).  And the company was excellent.
