...on this Dunlop E3...

This is how it looked when I returned home from InZane last month.  I had made the decision to not change the tire before I left for Eureka Springs and knew that InZane 2012 would probably be the tire's last trip.  Installed July 2010, this Dunlop E3 saw three Inzanes, two Mid-Winter Gatherings, two Gathering of the Fools, a Texas Ride In, numerous VRCC CenTex Breakfast Rides and lastly, three Memorial Rides for Laser Pat.  Also, there were plenty of rides with non-VRCC ride groups and of course, solo rides through the Hill Country, to the store and to work.  Also, this tire saw two Blessing of the Bikes on consecutive New Year's Days in 2011 and 2012.

Dyna Beads were installed by T.P. about half way though its life while Tx Deb, Laser Pat and I visited with him and Nancy in Apple Valley, MN before heading over to Bellaire, MI for InZane 2011.  I think those beads helped extend the tire's mileage a good bit.

Extreme heat, cold, lighting storms, rain, flooding, a little snow and lots and lots of great weather...the tire saw a lot....

This has been a good tire! Smiley

From the looks of that tire, it appears you are not the twisty seeker type, but rather one who just enjoy riding. I have run E3's on my bike since day-1, the I/S has Cobras that I got a couple of years ago on a cheap sale. When they wear out, it's back to E3'S.

If you are riding  and it is a must that you keep your eyes on the road, you are riding too fast.
