Thanks.

A replacement for an oil seal.  A poor one at that!

A very thin piece of stamped metal....may be used on the outside of the sealed bearing for added protection from the elements (and washing) when doing the left rear two-row bearing upgrade.

http://www.valkyrieriders.com/shoptalk/5204_bearing_mod.pdf

The spacer measured .885” thick before machining and .615” after. The machinist recommended
removing another .010” to be on the safe side. (Editors Note: I don’t like the idea of removing an
additional .010”. If the bearing is .260” wider, remove exactly .260” from the spacer. )

Removing that .010 extra from the spacer may be a good idea IF you will add the nilos ring on the outside of the sealed bearing.

Sabe?

Your going to need the ZAV model for our sealed bearings.
http://www2.nilos-ring.de/default.aspx/G/111327/L/1033/R/-1/T/122948/A/2/ID/122949

You will need to order a 5204 ZAV N-ring

Jess you have the wrong N-ring pictured.

Thanks TP, it was just supposed to be a link to a nilos ring site for descriptive purposes, not THE one we need.

But yeah, thanks for the specificity (I really didn't know which one was right).
