An idea still in progress and I'm working on with the Norse type cross and the dragon keeps it all Valkyrie like. Really rough draft.

This would be on the back of the shirt and would make it like 16" tall, to take up most the back of the shirt when verbiage added.

Any one got an idea what words to put, you know like Ride the Dragon, but not?

Ideas?

and maybe shade the head a little so it stands out better.

The art is well done, but I wouldn't wear a dragon draped over a cross.  The symbology contradicts what I know to be true.

Took me a minute of trying to figure out if it had a head. As sugarbear said, that part needs more shading, or something.

I think it's cool.  I'd wear one.  My artistic skills are limited to stick figures and such, so I can't comment on shading etc.

I have to agree with Gryphon Rider, I would not wear anything with crosses or skulls for that matter.  I am not religous at all, I just think that crosses and skulls are over done and I hate them.

I like it, agree with the head being bolder, no clue as to words, since I am a avid fan of "Valkyrie by Choice" (Scooter by Necessity). Nice work, Oz!

The dragons head needs to be more promanant.
The verbage should say: "Valkyrie,...ride the best, embarass the rest"'

The opinions of multiple F6C owners may have greater influence on the final design (at least I'd hope).

Don't have anything to add to that idea, but you might consider running with another idea sometime. Someone posted a picture recently of an actual "rat" bike that looked like a dragon, tail and all. Using your talent, I think that would make a cool looking shirt graphic with the F6 powerplant drawn in.

Losing it. A couple of you have said to lose the cross, I think a good idea. But there have been a couple of references to the skull.... is there a skull in this art I'm missing?

Yeah, I had to look again also, but didn't see any skulls either (maybe the suggestion is for future designs).

Although I'm not a big "iron cross" fan or skulls either (if you decide to put one on) I would wear this shirt.

My suggestions, along with others, is make the head stand out and maybe tone down the cross.  The red seems to jump out at you.

But, you know, everybody is a critic, right??

It took me too long looking at it to figure the dragon out.

I would prefer to have the dragon looking foward showing teeth (maybe flames).

With him looking down, the eyes are barely noticable and the eyebrow and nostrils look like chevrons.  I mistook he "horns" for a wreath the first time I looked at the picture.

I also like the wings to be less "round" and more pointed with straight sides, kinda "bat like".  You know, like on a real dragon.

Finally, I personally don't have a problem with the "cross" though others might.  I know that cultures  predating Christianity used a cross as their symbol a millenia before Christ.   Other people may disagree and that's OK.

No problem with the cross, but Where did you find a Dragon with horns??? Lose the horns, shade the head put Valkyrie in the cross bar.

I think a dragon with a more prominent head but the same wings, draped over crossed swords with some yellow and red thrown into his face.

Under it it should say "Valkyrie Motorcycles, Life in the Wind".

I was referring to any future designs that would have skulls in it.  Everything these days seems to have skulls and I find them tacky.

Oz, how about a design with a red dragon wrapped around a black and yellow valk with fire coming out his mouth and the flames say 'Valkyrie'.  Might look cool.

after looking some more. i do see the horns, ya not so much.
how about making it into a + instead of a cross, you know lower the bar some.
and i'm sticking with the word valkyrie as the cross bar.
the dragon should have more of a profile head.

Lots to work with here. Swords replacing the cross is good, or horizontal part of cross being the word VALKYRIE...  "Life in the Wind" most excellent suggestion! Reminds me of Daniel M Life is a Road, which might work too!

Love it just the way it is Oz, Great work ............I like a design that gets your head into it..............forcing a second or third glance to get the full picture, afterall it's art, it should draw you in.  Oh and a couple of half skulls beneath the wings, one each side facing each other. Frankly,  I don't even think you should ask, you are the artist and you will never please everyone, do it your way !!!

I don't know if you ever bring back old designs but if you do, the one with the three valks in front of the castle with all overshadowed by a dragon is my all time favorite.

The front and back of that one both said "Dragon's Lair".
