yes..you will need an adapter..and it can be bought directly from pitbull.. their adapter mounts right to their lift.

V-MAN1....if you would buy yourself a lift adapter like they talk about on this board, then you would not need one from pitbull.  i, like alot of others here have been using one for many years now, and wouldn't go without one.  they mount permanetly to the bike, and it's there whenever you need it.  a great addition.

I have a Pit Bull as well...you will be very happy.  I use a adaptor and yes you will need one.  I did not know Pit Bull made one for the Valk though...

I had a Pitbull a few years ago and he included the Valk adapter. My father in law sort of adopted the lift for his 4 wheelers and with as much help as we have received from them I let him keep it....thinking on another one though.

Also, if your Valk has the Rivco cener stand (don't know of anyone that does), you don't need the adapter. The Adapter takes up the empty space at the rear of the engine.

P.S. I, too, have the Pitbull lift and love it!

Heres the adapter asked about. Is there when you might need it. Works great for me.

Remember that the bolts you are removing when installing that adapter attach the side stand to the bike. Have it on jack stands under the engine guards when doing this.
