10:00 AM until 3:00 PM or so. We're going to do rear end service and a u joint on 2 different bikes.
If you want to see, or participate in a final drive service, drive shaft and pinion cup service, or u-Joint replacement you're free to join us.
Just let me know.

Can you squeeze in another bike? I usually do mine in the spring but more hands are better. I have to check my o-ring supply 1st. I'll let ya know this week. I'm getting ink and trying to give my partner a ride, but if her ride falls thru I maybe down.

There's a Louisville area meeting place right on I-65 if anyone is interested. A couple of gas stations nearby and we're going to loiter at:
Cricket's Catering & Café 7613 Old State Road 60 Sellersburg, IN 47172 Ph: 812-246-9339
I should be there by 7:45, pegs up and rolling at 8:30a.

Gavin, Tim H and I and very possibly a few more are meeting up just north of Louisville at Exit 7 around 8:00 AM, those who get there will be departing NLT 8:30 for Seymour where will pick up Stan and maybe Hal 47. From there, we're planning on riding up 31 to Jabba's. Those of us who meet up at Exit 7 should get to Mickey D's pretty close to 9:00 where we plan on swinging through Mickey D's and heading north. We're kind of hoping you will be in that group cause, we get lost easy.

Ill be there before 9. I got directions from jabba. Seems pretty straight forward. It will be right at an hour from seymour to jabbas. Rainman will most likley be waiting for us at the thortons gas station in taylorsville. Anyone opposed to running up the interstate to hwy 31 exit? That way we miss all the lights in columbus.

Speaking only for myself, I've found it very beneficial to follow the guy that knows where he's going, I'm not gonna argue about missing a few traffic lights.

According to the long range weather forecast, it's supposed to be rainy and cool. Dress appropriately. I told Jabba that I'd be there even if it's snowing and I have to trailer my Valkyrie there. I assure you, I'll be there one way or another.

Can't make it as I will once again be the "Father of the Bride." If you believe in prayer, please pray in this order: First: For the Bride and Groom, Abby and Mike Second: For the safe travel of all the guests (wedding is in the US Virgin Islands) Third: That I recover from my Friday night hangover for the wedding. Sorry for the hijack. This will be my second appearance as the "Father of the Bride."

That was the plan wasn't it ? You said someone else was coming from south of me is that still the case? I said that F6John was trying to come and that you two should try to hook up. I haven't spoken to John in a week or so. I sent out a message to those on the Kentucky Dragon Rider's Contact List but, haven't heard back from him. I assume he's coming but, until he replies I won't know. I'll try to call him tonight but, I'd recommend that you contact him if you want to hook up and ride together to Lousiville. Regardless, looking forward to seeing you in Louisville and the ride up north. Just saw the weather forecast. it's gonna be a cool ride. Be prepared.

Man I would love to come...but you're only just 9 hours and 530 miles and my rear end might not make it...both of them! Now it would be cool if you could video it and post it here or You Tube. I've never had the rear tire off and know there are different ways to do that and would LOVE to see how it's all done. I've got to put a new tire on and know to grease the spline. I'd like to learn how to do all of it and I'm sure A LOT on this board would love to!!

We will be tearing my whole rear end down to change out the u joint. Well not the whole rear end but most of it. Im interested to see how the u joint comes out. Reed and I changed tires on my bike earlier this year so I have a good idea how to get the rear tire off. This will be a new one on me.

Plus mine. That'll be 9 Valks at Casa Del-Jabba.
I'll get some pics...
