I'd like a headcount for tomorrow so I can call ahead.  They are reportedly rather crowded.

So, who's going to be there?  I have Steve and Liz via email, and quite a few verbals who I can't all remember.

See what a little change of venue does for us?  I just called into BJs, and requested a table for 19.  We're set up under "Mark Stovall", or "Valkyrie Riders".  Ask for one of those, and I'll see ya'll at 7:30.

So, was the food really good, but the service really sucked? That has been my experience time and again at BJ's in Dallas. ~Jeff

Sounds like ya'll are gonna have a great time. Sorry Denise and I can't be there, just too far and too late returning home to get up at 3.30 am to go to work. Maybe next time.

It was a very good meeting last night.  We had more people than we've had since our very first meeting.  Good to see some new faces, along with some faces we haven't seen in quite a while.

Mark-- It was awesome! Lots on new faces!

I'm putting an overnight trip together for the end of August to Jefferson, TX.  Jefferson is known as the most haunted city in America! I'd like to get some feedback on interest in the ride. The date is Aug 29-30. We'll leave very early...sun-up due to the heat. It's about 4.5 hours.  For the evening the plan is the "Ghost-walk" (tour) through Jefferson with a ride on the "Ghost-train".  It's a great ride. I hope to see lots of riders there. I'm putting together the details and will get them posted ASAP!

Mary and I were there over Memorial day weekend.  It is a pretty cool place and some good riding too.

We would like to go if the run to Sturgis doesnt wear us out too much.

You will probably attract some loyal subjects from the Kingdom of the Metromess for this quest. Jefferson is a nice place to visit.  But be sure your man servant Duct Tape is vigilant as Jefferson is very near to the Land of the Cajuns.
