Anyone using equipment to connect your cell phone to your hard wired phones?
I need to keep my cell phone handy but I never carry it in the house. I missed an important call the other night because I forgot my phone out in the screen room. So... I want to get something that I can connect to my old wireless phone setup so I have a phone in every room, but I don't want or need a land line.
Any suggestions?

I performed a search of the internet and came back with this...I (in no way, form or fashion) have any clue how it works so I am not recommending this as an option...but it is an option.

Dock and Talk

CNet Review

Pricing

Hope this helps.

Personally, I don't have a landline and won't be getting one anytime soon.  I have used my cell phone only for the last 5 or 6 years.  Yeah, I have missed calls because my phone was in another room, but I haven't gotten in (too much) trouble for it.

I bought an Xlink. Nice unit. I walk in the house and it syncs with my bluetooth. I leave my cell near the Xlink and my Vtech cordless phones take it from there.
I can sync 3 cells to it, so if either my cell or Joanne's rings it rings the house phone.

We got rid of our land lines a couple of years ago.  We use cell only now.  The good thing is we save money, can shut the phones off whenever we want and all the benefits of a cell phone.  The bad thing is we are tied to a leash like never before.  It doesn't matter if you are home or not, people expect you to answer!  tickedoff I personally don't like being tied down like that.  If you don't want to miss a call, carry that thing on your belt.

I live in central Florida... when I'm home I don't have a belt.

Works great have used one (xlink) for a couple years.  We manually sync ours up and leave the cell next to it. Otherwise because of the distance the blue tooth will reach with automatic hook up it will some time catch you as you are driving into the house or walking into the house and hook you up then you loose your call.  Pain in the rear.  But it has worked well for us.
