This is the page for the full moon ride coming up this Sarurday night.
Meet at the First National Bank (corner of 35 bypass and hey 6) around 6, Ksu 6:30.  Be there between 6 and 6:15.  They are a food group of Christian riders and the take the back roads down south to someplace to EAT.  Don't tell me you don't make rides to eat.  Smiley

The weather should be great!

A couple of riders from work are coming, so come on out and ride with us under the full moon.

If I had my bike back together, I would be tempted.

Just got back into town.  Hopefully find out by Monday if my painting is completed.

I need to get the bike back together.

Been over 3 months now with NO wind therapy.

For a high mileage guy like yourself, that's got to be tough.  That's why I originally bought my wing.

I know, I know, a motorcycle related post!
We had a great ride last night.  Rode from Alvin down to Surfside and stopped at the Buc-cee's.
Here is Ole Blue with my co-worker's blue Sportster.

Here is his wife and her Sportster.  Yes, she rides her own bike, more than her husband I believe.

Met a new Valk rider James B. from Pearland, just West of me about 6 miles.
He rides a nice black standard that had just over 2000 miles on it when he bought it in Sept. 2012.

It was a great ride and really neat with the full moon shining through the mostly clear sky.

Great report Jimmy, at least you're riding, not just thinking about it. LOL

Jimmy,
I have been riding for years and had never heard about the monthly full moon ride until you posted the info. Really glad you did. Looking forward to next month.

Addition to Jimmy's report:

24 bikes (all kinds) showed up to ride.
Ride leader has been doing the ride for 12 years. He said there has been as few as 2 bikes show up and as many as 100 bikes.
We then left Surfside and rode to the Golden Corral in Galveston. Lots of food and conversation.
Absolutely no issues during the ride.
After the meal, most went thier separate ways.

There were 2 bikes that really stood out amongst the others. Guess which two???

At the begining spot of the ride (Alvin), Jimmy and his wife introduced him and herself, they made me feel welcome from the start.
Thanks Jimmy & BJ.
