Looking on ebay. There were only 7 Valkyries on there. I can remember when there as many as 35 on there at one time. I guess people are starting to realize what a great bike they have and are holding on to them.  coolsmiley

Being in the dead of winter may also have something to do with it.

I guess Texas doesn't really have a "dead of winter".... cooldude

the OP is from Waco... Cool

I'm sure Waco gets cold and occasionally snow, but not dead of winter like Chicago and the Northeast.

I thought Texans never had to winterize their bikes and everybody rides all year round... Roll Eyes

Sounds like you just got one of those rare "steals" that comes across ebay sometimes. Sometimes the sellers don't know what the market value is for a particular item and they put an item on for a cheap "buy it now". Anyway, sounds like a great buy!  cooldude

I love it when someone tells me I'm gonna sell them something.
I just reply, "these are not the drones we're looking for".

In 2008 $1 was worth 2 pln (PLN - polish currency) - that was incredibly cheap, but even now, Valkyries are bang for the buck.
I must say that Valks aren't expensive bikes for european customers. That's why there are so few in the States and so many in Europe.
In few years Valks will become true collectibles, I think.
You guys should keep them, not sell them...if you don't want to import them back from Europe  Grin

ps. I've collection of four Valks - two supercharged Interstates and two Standards (one with 2900 miles on the odometer)  Cool .

God bless America  cooldude

We have 8 Valks on Ebay UK, all of them standard with prices from $10,237 to $11,431.

They don't seem to have many "extras" with them.
