Time to replace my D/S and I have a question or 3 or 5 or so.  2funny Already been on a General Altimax and am currently wearing out a Falcon Ziex 512.  Lips Sealed Has anybody here on our board run ANY of the 3 tires i'm going to list??? All tires I've listed are the 205-65-16 cause I can flat foot this size.                      Kumho Solus K R 21
                             Nexen N 5000
                              Ohtsu F P 6000 A S
While I appreciate all the knowledge on our board the tires I've listed are THE ones i'm interested in after a LOT of looking at tire sites available in the ether.  2funny As always-T I A.  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

2soon, other than the fact that you can flat foot this size, is there any other reason you run a 65 series rather than a 60 or 55. Does it handle better in curves, less counter required? Next week I would like to order a DS for a Standard, need more input from DS'ers like you.

I've currently got the nexen n5000 on now and it's been fine. Gonna end up with about 20,000 miles on it. Got about 18,000 out of a Yokohama avid envigor before the nexen. I would use both again but I think I'm gonna try a Yokohama avid ascend 195/60 next just for something different to see how it rides and what kind of mileage I can get.

Had a 60 series and it was kinda o k. When I went to the 65 series it was a better feel for ME. The slightly lower engine revs DO NOT hurt. I M H O-the 65 series just has a better FEEL for me. You might want to check on that taxi tire some are using-Grumpy comes immediately to mind. Wished you could have stuck around a little bit longer at I-13.  cooldude On the plus side I did get to meet your lady.  Wink RIDE SAFE.
