Prayers sent to ease the hurt John. Time only numbs the hurt, it never truly goes away.

As you can all imagine, sleep didn't come easy last night. I tossed and turned all night, finally fell asleep around 4:00am, slept 'til after 9:00am. No interest in doing much until around 3:00pm, then went out and worked on the project bike. Almost have it stripped down the the frame and forks, front wheel still mounted...for now. Got to feeling better as the afternoon wore on so went to the gym about 6:30 this evening and had a good, hard workout. That seemed to help, plus spent over an hour on screen chatting with my youngest in Wisconsin. That helped, there's a lot of similarities between her and the one lost last year. Guess I'll hit the showers and unwind now.

Thanks for the warm thoughts. As you know from my past entries...I don't handle things on my own power.  cooldude

I always find the great and fun memories of those that I have lost in my life give me something to smile about. Seems to ease that emptiness.
