Bike back together, found a good deal of crud in the bottom of the tank. Carbs were pretty dirty. ALLOT of crud came out of the petcock when I cleaned it out with carb cleaner. Very small area of wear in the diaphram. Also replaced the petcock vaccuum to #6, it wasn't cracked through. but looked close to the end of it's life.
  Maybe this is why I always had fuel problems and blamed it on ethanol fuel??? Didn't get to put in the #38's, the guy that has them for me din't come through.

Seems to run very well, I always like to think it runs better than it does after completing maintenance. Probably just in my head, no fuel problems though cooldude
